If you wish to optimize your investment and reduce capital requirements for the purchase of property in Oriental Pearl Beach, we can help you. Our rental company, Oriental Holidays, can offer you a pre-paid 5-years rental agreement – paying you every year 5% of the prize of the house. If you wish, you can get the amount for all five years up front cash. With a standard rental agreement you will have the villa at your disposal for a total of 6 weeks per year.

We can also negotiate an individual rental agreement. If you choose not to join our rental program, you will of course have full use of your property and all facilities 52 weeks a year.

Rental agreement or not; you are the full owner of the property and may sell or modify it any way you like.
